ABOUT

I built this because

I needed it first.

Fifteen years leading people across Europe.

Then many workshops and coaching.

Then my own.

WHY THIS WORK EXISTS

One minute in my own words.

THE LINE THROUGH THE YEARS

People were always the part I paid attention to.

I spent fifteen years in retail leadership.

Controller, store manager, area manager, regional director,

across IKEA, H&M, Apple, Mango and SMCP Group, leading people and stores in several countries.

Then I trained as a business coach in Berlin and moved into negotiation consulting

with The Gap Partnership and KPMG.

I watched hundreds of people negotiate on camera and

gave them the feedback that changed how they saw themselves.

That is where I learned how humans behave under pressure,

and how much of the outcome is decided without words.

WHAT I SAW

Performing a negotiation.

Most of the negotiators know the theory, and can explain it.
Under pressure our attention narrows, we stop reading the room, and we default to whatever habit is already in us.

I recognised it. I had spent years performing a version of my own life.

Nine hundred skydiving jumps that had turned into proof rather than experience.

That is the thing I work on now.

The gap between what someone knows and what they do in the hour that matters.

THE METHOD

Read the signal. Decide from the structure.

Stay clear under pressure.

Three layers, worked together.

What we read in the room and in ourselves.

What we do with it, as a structure rather than a reaction.

And the physical state underneath both, because no method survives a depleted operator.

It is harder to do than to say, and that is exactly why it is worth training.

HOW I WORK

Personal sessions and small groups.

Cases drawn from the client's real negotiations.
Every workshop tailored in a scoping call before delivery.
English, German and Slovenian.

I use the method and the tool on my own negotiations before I ask anyone else to.
