3. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:

Provision and technical operation of the website

Provision of our digital tools, in particular Negotiation Review (see section 11)

Processing of contact requests

Delivery of the "Monthly Check-in" email (newsletter)

Processing of voluntary self-assessment inputs (health quiz)

Scheduling and coordination of appointments (organizational purposes only)

Ensuring security and stability of the website and tools

We do not track users across websites, we do not build advertising or behavioural profiles, and we do not use personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Where a tool produces an analysis of a user's own input — for example the report generated by Negotiation Review — this is created for that user, at their request, and is shown only to them.

4. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for basic functionality, security, and page navigation.

No analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies are used.

Because only essential cookies are used, no consent banner is required.

Negotiation Review stores your session in your own browser (local storage) so that you can pause and continue. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you have requested, is never transmitted to us, and is cleared when you start over.

5. Service Providers and International Transfers

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf. All of them are bound by data processing agreements.

GoHighLevel — hosting of this website, forms, contact records, newsletter delivery, and appointment scheduling.

Cloudflare — hosting of Negotiation Review, and storage of the personal access code issued to you together with your name and email address, so that the code can be verified. This record deletes itself automatically approximately one week after your code expires. Cloudflare also keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for a short period.

Anthropic — processing of the text you enter into Negotiation Review, in order to generate your review (see section 11).

Google — calendar synchronisation for internal availability management only (see section 7).

These providers are established outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by data processing agreements incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Videos and External Links

Videos displayed on this website are hosted directly within the platform. No third-party video services are embedded.

Links to external platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn) are provided solely as external references. When clicking such links, users leave this website. Data processing on external platforms is governed by the privacy policies of those providers.

7. Appointment Scheduling

Calendar synchronization with Google Calendar is used internally to manage availability.

This synchronization is not visible to website visitors and does not involve cookies or tracking on the user side.

8. Contact Requests

When contacting us via email or contact forms, the data provided is processed solely to handle the inquiry.

Legal basis:

Data is deleted once the inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

9. Monthly Check-in (Newsletter)

Users may voluntarily subscribe to the "Monthly Check-in," which is sent approximately once per month.

11. Negotiation Review and Digital Tools

Negotiation Review is a guided digital review of a completed negotiation. It is currently provided free of charge and is accessed with a personal code.

Requesting access

When you request access, we process your name and email address in order to issue and verify your personal code.

The access record held by Cloudflare deletes itself automatically approximately one week after the code expires. Your contact record in our CRM is retained so that we can respond to you, and is deleted on request.

Using the tool

We do not store your negotiation. What you write exists only in your browser while you use the tool. We never receive it, never see it, and cannot recover it. When the session is finished, the PDF you download is the only record, and it is yours alone.

You are interacting with an AI system, not a person. This is stated in the tool before you begin.

To generate your review, the text you enter is transmitted securely to our AI provider, Anthropic, processed, and returned to you. Anthropic does not use this data to train AI models and deletes it automatically, within 30 days at the latest. Processing is covered by a data processing agreement incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The tool does not observe you. It works only from what you type. It does not access your camera or microphone, does not analyse your voice, face, or emotions, and does not attempt to infer your emotional state.

Information about other people

When using Negotiation Review you may enter information about other people and organisations, such as the counterparty and the individuals you dealt with.

You decide what to enter, and in relation to that information you act as the controller. We process it only to generate your output, and it is not stored.

We ask you to enter only what is necessary, to avoid special categories of personal data, to avoid information you are not entitled to share, and to use roles rather than names where a name is not required.

12. Server Log Files

For technical and security reasons, the following data may be processed temporarily:
